This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription to the SageTalk.ai desktop application (the "Application") and related services (the "Services"). This policy is an integral part of our Terms of use and should be read alongside our Refund Policy.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your SageTalk.ai subscription at any time and for any reason.
The cancellation process is managed directly by you through our secure customer portal, which is provided by our payment processor, Stripe. You can access this portal from within your account settings in the SageTalk.ai Application.
Automatic Subscription Renewal
For your convenience, all paid subscriptions to SageTalk.ai are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- Monthly Subscriptions will renew each month on the same date you initiated the subscription.
- Annual Subscriptions will renew each year on the same date you initiated the subscription.
You will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, the following will occur:
- Continued Access: You will retain full access to all features of the Service for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Cessation of Charges: Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, canceling your subscription does not make you eligible for a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription term.
Our Right to Suspend or Cancel
SynapseCore OÜ reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached our Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy.
